A week before your new prescription is due you should place an order with us.
Orders received before midday will take 48 hours to process. Orders received after midday will take 72 hours to process.
All medication must be ordered in writing either using our online services or using a prescription order form from reception.

We do not accept requests for medication by telephone or email.
If you are ordering early as you are going on holiday, please let us know.
Important notice about urgent on the day prescription requests.
Due to the volume of prescriptions that now come into the surgery, it will not be possible to accommodate requests for urgent on the day prescriptions.
Unless you are prescribed medication from the list below, you can visit a local pharmacist who may be able to issue an emergency supply of your medication for a minimum of 48 hours.
It is always the responsibility of the patient to know when their medications are running out and to re-order in a timely fashion. These medications have been verified by our GPs as potentially life threatening if not administered within a 48 hour time period.
